Temperature range: 21-66°. Chilly weather kept the jarts to a minimum and no firemaking this time! The Kraken, Sean and Vince did go see the Superman vs. Batman movie. We did play Forbidden Island and euchre for hours on end.
Chow
A completely ridiculous embarrassment of riches at Yakfest. Soupaganza featured Chicken soup, Cream of asparagus and Spicy Sausage Spinach Soup. The Old Man was busy again, making Soda Bread, cream of asparagus soup, Old fashioneds, milk shakes, and pasta sauce with spaghetti on Saturday night. Mark G. prepared poached eggs in tomato stew and Bangers and mash. Uncle Vince made delicious burritos. Dave made pierogis and Korean beef. Two soups and salad from Guy. Bourbon soaked tart cherries and plenty of Ma Conn's cookies.
