Great weather once again for the longest Yakfest yet: Wednesday, 11/10 to Monday, 11/15 - five nights! We hit an amazing 70F on a Saturday in mid-November. Thanks to a storm-felled sycamore tree, we had great fires all weekend long. We apologize to the Old Man for his merciless treatment at the card table by Buck the Euchre Fiend.
Chow... everyone pitched in this time: Dave's chili, Mark's Irish soda bread, peppers & eggs, pork loin, chicken noodle soup and homemade ice cream, Guy cooking the pasta sauce and breakfast each day, Ma Conn's cookies and even Vince, who made BLTs for lunch.
